      <image:caption>Laura Heesacker, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience. Laura is a consultant, mentor and clinical supervisor across the pacific northwest facilitating the development of behavioral health integration programs. During her years with Jackson Care Connect/ Care Oregon she helped to develop an integrated behavioral health primary care payment model and provided technical support to a network of primary care practices in the development of integrated behavioral health services with an eye to financial sustainability. She is the co-founder of Synergy Health Consulting which provides consultation to clinics in the process of developing pain management, substance use and integrated behavioral health programs. Laura has many years of experience as an integrated behavioral health consultant within medical settings as well as her own private practice, The Center for Health and Wellbeing.</image:caption>

She is a co-founder of Bridges to Well-Being, an organization that relies on building relationship and providing behavioral health care for those in need. Alicia moved to the valley 9 years ago and started working in behavioral health integration where she came alongside Laura Heesacker and the Oregon Pain Guidance. There they were able to develop innovative programs to address the impact of opioids within the community. Alicia is also co-founder of 360 Integrative Consulting where she and her colleague have supported health centers in opening and implementing new primary care sites that include integrative modalities. Alicia runs a small private practice where she specializes in use of EMDR for trauma support.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Amy Sloper, LPC Is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working with people in mental health, schools and social service settings for the past 20 years.  After earning her Master’s degree in Counseling from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon in 2005 she worked in community mental health providing home-based individual and family therapy with clients who were involved in the child welfare system.  Following that Amy was employed for 5 years at the Providence St. Vincent’s Partial Hospital eating disorder program where she worked with people overcoming eating disorders.  She moved with her family to the Rogue Valley 7 years ago.  Since moving to this community, Amy worked at the non-profit Family Solutions as a supervisor and therapist.  She most recently worked as a mental health therapist for 5 years at La Clinica’s School Based Health Center.  There Amy worked with children, adolescents and their families helping them overcome a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, self-esteem and behavior problems.  Amy partners with her clients to help them cope with challenges, achieve their goals and find joy and meaning in their lives.  She has particular interest in the areas of self-acceptance, body image, women’s issues and working with the LGBTQ community.  Amy has experience with a variety of problems including stress, anxiety, depression, self-image, trauma and parenting concerns.       <image:caption>Kelli Bosak, LCSW Is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years experience in direct practice rooted in a commitment to social justice, health equity, and direct service. After completing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago’s Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice, Kelli built a foundation of clinical practice, supervisor and training experience, and administrative leadership in behavioral health and substance use treatment integration at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Chicago, IL. Kelli moved to the southern Oregon coast in the spring of 2020. In Oregon (as well as in Chicago), Kelli works as a Behavioral Health Consultant in primary care where she provides care for young adults, adults, and families experiencing a broad spectrum of symptoms and stressors that impact their health.   She is adept at helping clients to build skills and capacity to manage their lives and relationships through cognitive-behavioral techniques (such as CBT and DBT), mindfulness and acceptance based strategies (including ACT), motivational interviewing, brief solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. After seeing the increase of suffering amongst her community members over the last two years and a lack of mental health services, Alicia became Co-founder of Bridges to Well-Being. Alicia has done extensive training, including completing the Trauma Resource Institute’s Community Resiliency Model ® Teacher Certification and the early intervention and group training EMDR modalities, to support the complex needs tof he Rogue Valley after Covid and the fires.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Elissa Denton, CSWA is a Clinical Social Work Associate with a passion for supporting people in the transformation of their lives. She started her professional work in youth environmental education, followed by working in the college residential setting supporting students in their adjustment to college life and helping build a vibrant residential community. Elissa pursued her Masters in Clinical Social Work through Portland State University. Since then, Elissa has provided consultation and training in a variety of settings on resilience, wellness, and leadership. She has pursued continued education in trauma and attachment and uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic and experiential therapies, parts work, and psychoeducation to support clients in transitioning from where they are to where they’d like to be. Elissa is also trained to provide EMDR as an early intervention and in group settings and has training in responding to critical incidents. Elissa is also a Trauma Resource Institute’s Community Resiliency Model ® Teacher and loves the tools that this model offers to participants. When not at work, Elissa enjoys spending time with her family, meals with friends, and doing anything creative or outside.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Karin Trujillo Karin has over a decade of experience in business administration, marketing, event management and bereavement services. She volunteers at La Cinica’s WinterSpring Bereavement Services division and currently facilitates the Bereaved Parents Support Group. In addition, she recently joined La Clinica’s Board of Directors. Originally from California, Karin relocated to Medford following a childhood dream to live in Southern Oregon. In addition to her volunteer work, she and her business partner remodel and flip mobile homes in Southern California. Karin is also a Certified Life Coach specializing in grief journey work and recently started a grief coaching business. Karin is deeply committed to being of service in her community and loves sharing time with friends and family, creating art, gardening, reading, hiking and camping.</image:caption>
